Extensive Experience in Automation, Quality Assurance, MIS Domains with an overall experience of 23 years in different industries involving Banking & Finance, Telecom, Entertainment. Out of 23 years of Overall Experience, of which I spent a decade with Tech Mahindra Ltd. with an entry level of Senior Support Associate to a Project Manager. I have led Quality, MIS & Application Development functions with Tech Mahindra Ltd. Application Development Function being my core area of expertise and have executed many automation projects. I was the first employee in Tech Mahindra LTD to automate the manual tasks. I have been awarded the Best Innovator Award 2011-2012 for being innovative in Automations. Now an Associate Director with Ziff Davis Performance Marketing I have spent a few years in freelancing as well.

Problem Statment

Business team was getting less data while extracting Lead Contacts from Database.

Analysis & Root Cause

With the use of BI tools, dashboards at each toll gates were created for analysis. For Root Cause Fish Bone was used.

  • Too many extractions where noticed with different specifications
  • These issues result in data locking
  • Contacts for one Campaign were consumed in another Compaigns; resulting in shortfall for that particular Campaign
  • Data garbage was one of the reason

Impact

Data Extraction was increased by 15% post fixes.

Aura Application - Quality Auditing & Monitoring Web Application

Aura Application is a web tool that was developed in Dot Net & SQL Server for transaction quality & to automate Quality Reporting using Dundas Charting Tool. This application provides completed end to end Transaction Quality Process that also includes automation of Training Need Analysis & Feedback Mechanism.
